I soooooo want to throw away the left over birthday cake that is in the break room right now!! It is really sweet of them to share it with the rest of the departments but it is chipping away at my resolve and I have been doing so well and weigh in is tonight! Let see if I can get it into the trash can on my break!

It looks better on the cake plate than it does on your hips. Leave it there.
I threw it away!! Shhh don't tell anyone. I was going to the bathroom and no one was near the breakroom so I snuck in and wraped it up in paper towels and cast it in the trash! Yes!!
