So I am a little late but when am I ever on time? I had a wonderful Easter this last Sunday and I hope you did as well. I think besides Christmas Easter is my favorite holiday. I love that it is family oriented and that its purpose is to bring us closer to Christ. I have to say that this Sunday was not horrible different than most Sunday's I was still horribly busy most of the day getting things done and at the end I felt pretty stressed. But It was still special because a little over two millennia ago Christ did for me what I cannot do for myself and because he did this I can return to live with Him and my Father in Heaven one day. I found the following is a video clip that I LOVE it makes me even more grateful for the peace I have in my life that came at such a cost:
The part where he talks about Christ having presence of the Father withdrawn from him so that he would know how we felt is my favorite. I remember when I first heard it, it hit me hard in the heart to think that he really does know how I feel when I sin and remove my self from the presence of the spirit because of my bad choices.

Words of wisdom

Last Christmas I received a page a day calender for 2009 with each day having fashion advice from Tim Gunn. (Whom I love and would love to take shopping with me someday). Well last Fridays fashion advice went as follows:
"It is never a good idea to have a provocative word printed on the seat of your pants."
Truer words were never spoken...

NOOOOOOOOO!

NEW YORK – After months in limbo, "Project Runway" has a new home at Lifetime. The design-competition series that originally aired on the Bravo network had been mired in a legal struggle involving NBC Universal, which owns Bravo, the Weinstein Co. and the Lifetime channel.
The dispute began last April after NBC Universal sued Weinstein after the production company made a reported $150 million deal with Lifetime for the series that features supermodel Heidi Klum as host.
That lawsuit has been settled. In a statement Wednesday, NBC Universal said Weinstein will pay the media company "for the right to move `Project Runway' to Lifetime. All parties are pleased with the outcome.'"
My cable package includes Bravo but it DOES NOT inlcude Lifetime!! First the enconomy and now this, please exuse me while I cry...
